PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. This privacy and personal data protection policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

2. By putting an electronic mark when sending a contact form on the website https://lextorre.com, the User agrees to the storage, use and processing of its personal data in accordance with the conditions set forth in this policy.

3. The legal entity processing and storing the User's personal data is:

4. The User agrees to the processing, use and storage of the following personal data:
4.1. name and surname;
4.2. e-mail;
4.3. other data that can be provided by the User in the contact form on the website, during registration or subsequent communication with us (for example, information about the place of work, position, mobile phones of the User).

5. We shall store and use personal data of Users for the purpose of forming a database of clients and potential clients, as well as in the course of our current activities related to the provision of services.

6. The consent to the use and storage of personal data of Users shall be valid for ten (10) years from the date of their provision and consent to use. If the User does not withdraw its consent prior to the period specified, we will extend the storage and use period for one (1) year, followed by its automatic renewal for the specified period in the absence of withdrawal of consent from the User.

7. The User agrees to the use of personal data as follows:
7.1. to collect and store data in our databases;
7.2. to use data for communication with the User;
7.3. to use data for the provision of services.

8. In the event of a change in the User's personal data, please inform us about it to ensure their correctness and relevance.

9. We shall store and use personal data of Users on our own. We will not transfer data for use and storage to the third parties, subject to the exceptions provided by clause 10 hereof.

10. The User hereby agrees that personal data may be provided to other individuals or legal entities if the essence of the User's request relates to their field of activity and strictly within the framework of the goals stated herein.

11. We shall take all the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data of Users from unauthorized disclosure and use.

12. We inform that Users have the following rights in relation to their personal data and the mechanism for exercising these rights:
12.1. The User is entitled to withdraw its consent at any time without giving any reason by submitting an application to our address. Withdrawal of consent is not retroactive;
12.2. The User is entitled to receive information regarding the processing of its personal data in the scope established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
12.3. The User is entitled to ask the operator to make changes to the User's personal data if they are incomplete, outdated or inaccurate;
12.4. The User is entitled to receive information from the operator about the provision of its personal data to the third parties once a calendar year;
12.5. The User is entitled to ask the operator to cease the processing of its personal data, including their deletion, for free;
12.6. The User is entitled to appeal against actions (inaction) and decisions that violate its rights during processing of personal data to the body authorized for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data in the manner prescribed by the legislation on appeals of citizens and legal entities.

13. The exercise of the rights provided for in clause 12 hereof shall be carried out by submitting an application, which must contain:
  • name, surname, patronymic (if any) of the subject of personal data, address of its place of residence (place of stay);
  • date of birth of the subject of personal data;
  • identification number of the subject of personal data, in the absence of such a number – the number of the identity document of the subject of personal data;
  • the essence of the application of the subject of personal data;
  • personal signature or electronic digital signature of the subject of personal data.

14. The procedure and terms of our further actions on requests and applications of Users are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
