    The key point is that civil justice in Belarus is open for both domestic companies and foreign ones. Any foreign company can recover debts from its Belarusian partner, having various procedures available for that purpose.
    In a number of states, information on companies and entrepreneurs, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, information about the founders (participants, shareholders) and directors, is publicly available.
    Arbitration proceedings may become long and expensive, and the parties, who need to solve a dispute quickly and effectively, search for the opportunities to apply to a state court without taking into account previously agreed arbitration clause
