Minsk International Commercial Arbitration Moot
With support of Lex Torre Law Office prestigious Commercial Arbitration contribution was held for the first time in Minsk
This competition is the world's largest student competition in private international law and commercial arbitration. In 2019 more than 2,500 students, including 376 teams from 87 countries and more than 1,300 practicing lawyers and scientists who acted as arbitrators took part in this competition.
On March 9-11 with the support of the Lex Torre Law Office in Minsk, Minsk Pre-Moot to the Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot will be held for the first time on the basis of the Belarusian State University (BSU).
Teams from 6 countries are going to take part in this competition.
On March 9 a conference will be held within the walls of the BSU Law Faculty, at which advocate Maxim Zhukov will make a presentation to the topic SUBSTITUTION OF GOODS IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE.
Advocate Maxim Zhukov and assotiate Katsiaryna Buraya will be members of jury.
