    In Belarus an arbitration court is the organization that is not a part of judicial system and is created to resolve disputes in the form of a permanent arbitration court or arbitration court, which is formed by agreement of parties to resolve a specific dispute. There is a separate regulation of the activities of arbitration and international arbitration courts (two separate laws have been adopted) in Belarus.
    The permanent arbitration court is a non-profit organization or a separate division of a legal entity. According to posted on the official website of Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Register of arbitrators and permanent arbitration courts, three permanent arbitration courts created as non-profit organizations today as well as 26 permanent arbitration courts created as separate divisions of legal entities
